Factiva, a division of the Dow Jones company and one of the world’s leading sources of premium news, data and insight required a fresher newsletter builder platform to replace their somewhat antiquated, outdated system.
The Process
It quickly became apparent that the newsletter builder platform would have to provide the author with as many options as possible in order to accommodate the large amount of information and different types of data that a typical newsletter would normally contain.
The Result
The flexibility and usability of the new platform proved its worth. Previously a laborious task, the process of creating a newsletter could now be completed quickly whilst also providing a range of different email templates that were both visually engaging and suitable for all mobile platforms.
