An experience designer and all round creative with over ten years of experience within the creative industry, I’m constantly on the look out for new projects and challenges.
Originally trained as a digital illustrator, over the years I have become more and more intrigued with experience design and how it is used as a means for assisting a persons everyday needs.
Whether they know it or not, anybody that offers a product or a service is already providing a user experience. My job as an experience designer is to ensure that it is a positive one that results in customer satisfaction and loyalty.

With a background in the creative arts, I am able to adopt a wide range of disciplines in order to create practical yet engaging solutions to the many design challenges that we are often faced with.
My Approach
I begin each project by ensuring that I ask the right questions. What is the challenge? What is the objective? What is the purpose of our thinking? The answers initially may seem obvious but upon a little probing an added understanding of the problem is often found.
Methodology
In order to fulfill the potential for each project, a wide variety of disciplines is often required. Whether it be a focus on brand identity, unique visuals through illustration or the need to develop a better user flow, the key is to know the right approach for each one.
